Jim Fell for a Career at Cardwell

Jim Fell19th May 2016 – Cardwell Marketing is delighted to announce that Jim Fell has joined Cardwell to develop our strategic accounts portfolio, following 12 years at Manheim Group as Head of Sales Operations and Salesforce.com. Prior to Manheim, which is a $17 billion US based business, Jim worked at Ford Credit for 8 years in a number of field based sales roles.

As Jim commented, “Fully implementing a Salesforce.com system and sourcing the data for it, in my previous career really opened my eyes to the power of good CRM. It also showed me the potential pitfalls of ignoring good data acquisition, hygiene and maintenance. My roles as Strategic Account Director at Cardwell means that I get the chance to provide the best support possible for our clients. Whether it is advice on best practice or providing one to one service to help accounts run smoothly, I am fully engaged with all of my key customers.”
