The Brief
We have recently been approached by Experian, a global information services company who is dedicated to help organisations and consumers make crucial and time-critical decisions with confidence and control, to generate 150 appointments a month for their sales team, through our intelligent, effective and skilled telemarketing team.
What We Are Doing For Them
We have developed a clear action plan for Experian which has been explained and given to our telemarketers, this ensures that everyone is clear with the process they need to follow and will be able to meet the monthly targets which have been set. It will also ensure that the telemarketers are prepared with enough knowledge and understanding of the product to have a non-scripted conversation.
We think this is an imperative aspect to delivering results, and has undoubtedly worked for Experian so far.
